Suitable for all cycling shoes, but also for everyday shoes used for cycling. The individually suitable SQ-Insoles ONE10 model can be determined on the basis of the different foot types and leg axes (see fig. 3). SQlab offers 3 versions according to the different levels of support:
-
LOW | Low support in the longitudinal arch.
-
MED | Medium support in the longitudinal arch.
-
HIGH | High support in the longitudinal arch.
Features of the SQlab ONE10 insoles
- support and more performance for everyday cyclists
- optimal cushioning for more comfort
- more stability, less stress on the knees
- suitable for every foot type
Range of use: MTB, Tour & Travel / Trekking
Insoles in cycling are needed by everyone because the foot is exposed to different loads than when walking.
Since cycling does not involve forces like walking, the cushioning function of the foot can be dispensed with. However, due to the sinking of the arch, the foot itself is fatigued and the knee is subjected to a higher load. This not only leads to a reduction in the force acting directly on the pedal, but the excessive movement of the foot in the cycling shoe can further cause nerve or vascular constriction, which manifests itself in tingling or numbness.
